I love Munich!
But why? Perhaps I should say first
I was born in East Germany and Munich until the tender age had met 7 years. And like every "Zugroaste" I also had problems myself on this first, say some other city and its residents get used to 1,351,445. But after I got over the first linguistic differences, I quickly learned what Munich has to offer and fell in love with this now 851 years old city. But what exactly
Munich has to offer anyway?
First very very much prejudice!
1) In Munich there are supposedly more police than residents.
true-not quite. Nevertheless there is 225 residents, a police officer, which is already quite a bit and then if you notice no later than by riding in the English Garden every 15 minutes two policemen. (Yes ride, so we come straight to the next prejudice)
2) Munich's old-fashioned!
-Yes, and it is the city pride. Well, they do not call it old fashioned but traditional. But that's what makes this city also. Even I could not deny this traditionalism and found myself with 20 years for the first time back in a traditional leather trousers in a Munich nightclub. But despite all this city offers a lot of traditionalism Modernes. Big companies like BMW and SIEMENS research around the clock on the technology of tomorrow. And even in modern art this city has to offer, there are three museums alone dealing with it and really just so very worth seeing sind. 3.) München hat keinen Style!
- Wie oft hört man wie individuell und verrückt die Leute in Berlin, Köln oder Hamburg gekleidet sind. Doch bei München fällt den meisten (außer Lederhosn) nur Einheitsbrei aus C&A, H&M oder unbezahlbare Stücke aus Edelboutiquen ein.
Das ist allerdings absolut falsch.
Jedes Jahr gibt es den " STREET CLASH ", einen Wettbewerb bei dem Blogger aus Städten rund um den Globus jeden Tag ein Foto eines Bewohners ihrer Stadt präsentierten. Und jetzt ratet mal wer 2008 zur stylischsten Stadt der Welt gewählt wurde?
Ganz genau ;-)
Der Blogger Gunnar Hämmerle veröffentlichte jeden Tag ein Foto von einem Münchner der ihm besonders stylisch auffiel und veröffentlichte es auf www.styleclicker.net . Ein weiterer wirklich zu empfehlender Mode-Blog aus München ist buschprinzessin.blogspot.com .
Doch neben Vorurteilen hat München noch viele weitere wunderbare Sachen zu bieten unter anderem viele kulinarische Köstlichkeiten.
In München gibt es über 10 Traditionsbrauerein und jede davon hat ein großes Biersortiment. -Trotzdem gibt es in Münchner Clubs meistens nur BECKS aus Bremen zu kaufen.
Zusätzlich bietet München "deftige Specialties "like Leberkas, Obazda, pork, pretzels and of course the famous Weißwurscht.
According to a story we have the Weißwurscht only muddle due to a trainees from the 19th centuries only.
